För att göra en s.k distressruta behöver du detta. Ett vanligt A4-papper (eller annan stlk) som du rivit i fyra remsor, tejp, distressfärg, någonting att påföra färgen med på ett papper. Jag har här lagt in två olika alternativ, en fingerdutt och ett ink blending-verktyg.
To make an so called distress square you need these things. A piece of paper, that you tear apart so that you get four pieces, tape, a distress pad in a color of your choise. You also need something to blend the color with, it can be a finger blending tool or a ink blending tool.
Först lägger du ut dina pappersremsor så att de bildar en fyrkant i valfri storlek. Tejpa ihop pappren så de ligger still.
Start with putting your pieces of papers a build a square in a size of your own choise. And tape them together so that they don’t move.
Använd något av verktygen för att ha på färg, har du inget vertyg som fingerdutt etc, så kan du använda dig av stämpeldynan direkt. Glöm inte att hålla fast både underpapper och det rivna A4-pappret, så de inte glider.
Use one of the tools to put color to your square, if you don’t have a tool you can use the distress pad. Don’t forget to to hold the paper still so that they does’nt glide apart.
Jag valde att använda den här. Jag har dragit lite och duttat lite.

Här känner jag mig nöjd, och hela rutan ska vara fyllt ända ut i kanterna.

När du tar bort ditt rivna A4-papper ska det se ut ungefär så här. Rutan kan ha lite olika “form”, eller vinkel, det beror på vad man vill själv. Men, det här är iallafall en distressruta.
When you take away the piece of paper your square should look something like this. The square can look a little diffrent depending on how you want it. But it’s an distress square which shape it may have.
Sen har jag valt att stämpla lite på och runtom. Jag tog samma röda färg som jag använde till rutan, men det är givetvis också valfritt.
I’ve stamped a swirl around the distress square, by using the same distress pad, but if you want another color that’s your choice.
Så här blev mitt kort med distressrutan. Man kan göra så att rutan syns mer eller mindre, men det blir en kul effekt. Lite istället för ett papper.
This is the result of my card using the distress square. You can make the square more or less visible, but it’s an nice effect, so that you maybe don’t have to use a different kind of paper.
